Grow-with-Me Crib Conversion Kits uses FedEx, UPS & USPS for shipments. Once your order with us has processed and ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can track your shipment. All orders with us qualify for FREE shipping.


Once your order has shipped, please allow 1-5 business days for your item(s) to arrive at your address.
Grow-with-Me Crib Conversion Kits always strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase with us, you may return your order in its original condition and packaging for an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
To request a return, please email us within one week of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. The return authorization is valid for 5 business days. Clearly label your item to be returned with your return authorization. After we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund to the same payment method used for purchase. We recommend that you send returns via insured mail for protection against damages or loss. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item that was shipped free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs and minus a restocking fee. On rare occasions, items may become damaged during shipping. As a precaution, inspect your shipment prior to accepting the item(s) from the delivery company. If your order is damaged, please contact us via the Contact Us page. We will gladly replace damaged parts or send you a brand new item at our discretion and at our expense. We will also pay for the shipping cost for you to return the damaged item(s). Requests for replacement parts will be addressed in a timely manner.
