Check for a label on your crib—it's usually stuck to the mattress board or on the inside of one of the rails, and it'll have the brand and model number. Match that to our listings and you're set. Probably not! Cribs get discontinued all the time, but the conversion kits often stick around long after. So even if the crib itself is gone, there's a good chance we can still track down a kit that works. Just reach out with your brand and model and we'll see what we can find.
For most people, it's a quick job—usually 20 to 30 minutes with just a screwdriver or the hardware that comes in the box. The kits are designed to work with the holes and slots already on your crib, so you're not drilling anything new. If the instructions ever feel confusing, give us a shout and we'll walk you through it.
Yes, as long as you're using the right kit for your crib and it's installed properly. That's the whole point of matching the kit to your exact model—everything lines up and locks in the way the manufacturer intended. Toddler rails and guardrails are there to keep your little one from rolling out, so don't skip them or try to rig something from another crib.

A whole kit shouldn't be held up by one missing bolt, so if something didn't make it into the box or went walkabout during assembly, let us know your brand and model and what you're missing. A lot of the time we can sort out the individual piece instead of making you buy the whole thing again.

I was frustrated to learn that my son’s crib (Paula Deen Guys – Universal Furniture) had been suddenly discontinued and a conversion kit nowhere to be found. Grow-with-Me worked with me to create a conversion kit and it works! The color and quality of the wood is a great match, and attaching the kit to the headboard and footboard was straightforward. We do own the “official” kit from Universal Furniture for my older son and the quality of the Grow-with-Me kit matches the original. Very pleased.

This set of bed rails was worth waiting for! The color match is perfect. The fit is perfect. They are quality, heavy solid wood rails.
Smartstuff convertible cribs have been discontinued, making it IMPOSSIBLE to find rails to convert them to full beds. I thought I would have to buy a whole bed. I contacted this company just to see if they had anything that might work… They asked for measurements and color, and had the rails made! Great customer service!

This set fit perfectly with my daughter’s crib headboard and footboard. I couldn’t find the rails for my daughter’s crib. So I reached out to the company and they were more than helpful!! Quick to respond and so helpful with every question I had. They worked hard to find the right fitting and it worked out perfectly. Definitely a great buy from a great company.

This conversion kit fit our SmartStuff crib perfectly. The finish matched really well and the bed feels super solid. We were able to keep using furniture we already loved instead of buying a whole new bed.
